New Oriented Polyester Films
How often can you do this with your card?
With new oriented polyester films from AGFA, used as overlay on PVC or PET-G, you can perform the ISO bending and torsion test over 250.000 times without any damage to the card.
More than this, the AGFA oriented polyester films, branded as PETix, are the basis for very scratch and heat resistant robust cards which may exceed a lifecycle of 10 years. Even RFID inlays or laser perforations have no negative influence to physical robustness of the cards. PSC Series Counters
The PSC Series counters are equipped with a new mechanical counting head with DUAL SYSTEM technology. Counting is not done using optical, statistical, or mathematical counting technology, but by physically counting each. It accurately counts laminated and non-laminated plastic. The counter supports a wide range of material, weights from 40 to 800 GSM.

H.W. Sands' series of IR Blocking Screen Printing Inks are unique in that they strongly absorb in the Near IR region of 800nm - 1000nm and transmit a high percentage of light in the visible spectrum (400nm - 700nm). Specially formulated for the production of translucent transaction cards to meet the infrared wavelength range requirements of the ISO/IEC 7810:2003 specification for transmission density (O.D.) of 1.3 from 800nm - 950nm and 1.1 from 950nm - 1000nm. Transaction cards printed with these inks, in accordance with the guidelines, should perform properly in ATM machines and other readers possessing IR sensors to detect the presence of the card.
