Jeffrey E. Barnhart, Executive Director
International Card Manufacturers Association

Jeffrey E. Barnhart is co-founder and Executive Director of the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA), the only worldwide, non-profit association dedicated solely to the unique needs of the plastic card manufacturing industry. Mr. Barnhart is responsible for leading and directing all organizational activities.

Concurrently, Mr. Barnhart is founder, president and CEO of Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), an association management firm and full service integrated marketing communications company.

Mr. Barnhart is available to discuss:

Mr. Barnhart co-founded ICMA in 1990 in effort to provide a forum for which professionals in the card manufacturing industry could network and monitor and report on industry happenings. To establish the association, Mr. Barnhart provided staff, materials and professional time. Additionally, Mr. Barnhart spearheaded all of the ICMA programs in which members could benefit some of which include:

• Card Manufacturing - a four-color magazine that communicates news about members and general information about the card manufacturing industry
• Annual Global market Survey - a worldwide survey that monitors and reports on the number, types and markets of cards manufactured
• Card Flash - a monthly newsletter to update members of ICMA happenings
• Annual ICMA EXPO - a yearly international tradeshow to bring together individuals in the industry and facilitate open communication
• Élan Awards - award ceremony to allow members an opportunity to showcase and honor the products manufactured

Mr. Barnhart has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and association meeting planning, publications and strategic marketing experience. Prior to founding ICMA and CMA, he spent eight years as a marketing executive at Philips Lighting.

Mr. Barnhart is a graduate of Rider University in New Jersey, USA with a bachelor's degree in Journalism.
