| Press Releases ICMA ELECTS NEW MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ – November 27, 2006 - Two card manufacturing industry representatives were recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA). Dean Warner of Digimarc in Burlington, MA and Erik Mitterhofer of Austria Card in Vienna, Austria; each will serve two-year terms on the Board. Their term, which commenced October 12, was formalized by a vote of the ICMA voting membership. Dean Warner has been a long standing member of ICMA, formerly with Oberthur, and has chaired the 2003 EXPO and previously served on the Board. Currently, Dean serves as the senior vice president of Manufacturing for Digimarc, a leading supplier of secure identity and media management solutions. “I am truly honored to be elected to the Board. Together, ICMA and its membership have accomplished a great deal in the industry and have helped many individuals and companies achieve success. I look forward to providing my guidance and input to the association,” said Warner. An active ICMA member, Erik has recently chaired the 2004 EXPO in Prague and presented at the 2006 ICMA EXPO in Greece. Currently, Mitterhofer serves as the sales manager of Division ID & Government for Austria Card, a leading company in the field of smart card production and development. Erik stated, “I look forward to growing this organization even further not only in my region, but globally.” “These gentlemen have shared their insight and expertise with ICMA and have contributed to our success,” said Jeffrey Barnhart, founder and executive director, ICMA. “I look forward to working with them and to developing new ideas and initiatives to benefit our membership as well as the industry at large.” The ICMA Board of Directors manages the business and affairs of the International Card Manufacturers Association.
