Webinars
What are ICMA Webinars? ICMA will occasionally host a live webinar featuring an industry leader or expert, delivering a virtual presentation. Participants can listen to the presentation via a conference call portal, and watch the PowerPoint presentation live online. Participants have the opportunity to post questions during the presentation. From the convenience of your own office or conference room, you and your colleagues will have another great educational resource. Each webinar will be recorded and provided on the Webinar Archive page for ICMA Members Only. If you are with an ICMA member company and cannot locate the passwords, please e-mail ICMA Headquarters at info@icma.com and identify your company affiliation. Knowing what topics are under discussion at these meetings will allow you to plan for any impact they may have on your business or business plans. The current state of applicable card standards is presented and interpreted so that they will be relevant to your present and future business activities. Also, your input on the proposed changes will give the group a valuable perspective on the potential impact these changes could have on your business going forward. There will be an update on both ISO/SC 17/WG 1 and ANSI/INCITS/B10 Standards activities. David reports regularly on Standards activities for ICMA’s Card Manufacturing and in CardFlash. He has over 28 years of experience in the card industry and has been ICMA’s Standards and Technical Representative since January 2011.
