Position Title: Director of Marketing and Product Line Management
Position Location: Santa Rosa, CA


JDSU’s Authentication Solutions Group (ASG) is looking for a dynamic leader in the brand, ID and transaction authentication market. Counterfeit products, fake IDs and fraudulent transactions costs the global economy over $1 trillion annually. The JDSU ASG team aims to provide solutions that take a significant bite out of the counterfeit industry. We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to lead the Product Line and Marketing Management team for the JDSU Authentication Solutions Group.

Position Details:
You will lead the strategy development for the group. We have a strategy now and you will improve it and reshape it. You and your team will be in charge of business development and work with sales to profitably grow the top line. The product roadmap will also fall under your responsibility by identifying market opportunities and leading the development to launch project. The whole JDSU ASG brand positioning and marketing communications will also be yours. You and your team will lead the way on web site, social networking, PR and other external marketing efforts. Additionally, you will lead a team of high performing individuals to help achieve your goals. The position will be high profile and success in this role will lead to others of greater responsibility.

Required Qualifications:
Ideally we would like you to have some experience in the Authentications industry. This can come from brand authentication, ID and/or transactions industry. You should have a good knowledge of the overt, covert and digital authentication solutions that exist today. Additionally, you should have a point of view on where the industry is heading. A database of industry contacts would be helpful. Most importantly you must want to change the world by providing solutions that really make a difference in fighting the global counterfeit problem.

Position Title: Holographic Product Line Manager
Position Location: Robbinsville, NJ


JDSU’s Authentication Solutions Group (ASG) is looking for a dynamic leader in the business development, marketing and road map for our Holographic products. Counterfeit products, fake IDs and fraudulent transactions costs the global economy over $1 trillion annually. The JDSU ASG team aims to provide solutions that take a significant bite out of the counterfeit industry. Holographic products make up an important component of our authentication solution set. We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to lead the Product Line Management of our Holographic products focusing primarily on the brand, ID and transaction authentication market.

Position Details:
You will be the leader in all aspects of our Holographic product line strategy, business development, positioning and road map. You will work with the Sales team to grow revenue. You will collaborate with customers to find the ideal solution for their needs. You will work with Operations to ensure quality and on time delivery. You will also guide the Product Development organization to make sure the Holographic Product Roadmap is on track. The Product Line Manager for the Holographic Product is the business manager responsible for all aspects of the product line.

Required Qualifications:
We want you to have strong experience in the holographic industry. This can come from either commercial or security holography. You should understand the brand authentication, ID and/or transactions industry. Ideally, you have an engineering undergraduate degree and understand the basics of holographic technology. Additionally, you should have a point of view on where the holography industry is heading. A database of industry contacts would be helpful. Most importantly you must want to take an existing business and rapidly grow both the top and bottom lines.

IPS General Manager - Indiana

Summary:
To build and support Integrated Printing Solutions’s business operations and the associated technology infrastructure within a Facility being defined within an existing environment in southern Indiana. Perform assigned tasks and provide project information regarding status, schedule, issues, cost, and completion dates as required. Resolve operational issues for your assigned work. Provide support and recommendations to various Integrated Printing Solutions groups to enhance their effectiveness. Carries out the responsibilities of the position in accordance with IPS Information Security Polices and Procedures. Works with Integrated Printing Solutions management, business groups and staff, Business Partners, Vendors, and Customers.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidate must have a four- year college degree or industry experience and a minimum of ten-years of experience in business operations management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experienced of ten-years business and project management experience with a minimum of four-years in an management position with responsibility for daily operations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial processing and production scheduling.
  • Demonstration of strong staff management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with inside business groups and outside vendors.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Bristol ID Technologies, a leading custom card manufacturer, is looking to hire a Director of Business Development. Over the last few years Bristol ID has experienced success through organic growth and an acquisition. We are looking to further accelerate this growth by hiring an experienced business development professional to help determine the future direction of the company, including identifying and developing new customers, markets, products and acquisitions.

Reporting: Reports to the President of Bristol ID Technologies

Location: Remote

Duties and Responsibilities
80% Collect market intelligence using a variety of methods such as attending trade
shows, trade organizations, conferences, web research, networking with key
industry contacts and collecting competitive information. Using intelligence
collected and candidate’s own expertise, recommend new markets, products,
acquisitions, etc to help determine future growth areas and company direction.

20% Identify and develop new customers, by cold calling, e mailing, marketing
initiatives, purchasing leads, customer visits, attending trade shows, trade
organizations and conferences.

Travel
30% travel mainly within N. America
