Jeffrey E. Barnhart, Co-Founder and Executive Director

Executive Director's Message

In its more than seventeen years of existence, the ICMA has grown from five to over 200 members — and membership is increasing at a greater rate each year. Managing growth of this magnitude is the job of the dedicated ICMA Team, part of the Association Services Group at Creative Marketing Alliance. With responsibilities ranging from processing membership applications, planning conferences, creating magazines, placing public relations stories, recruiting new members and a myriad of other association services, the following individuals are the glue that keep the ICMA cohesive.

Lynn McCullough, Association Manager

Lynn is responsible for overall association management, working closely with the executive director and the board of directors to ensure that the association is managed smoothly. She supervises day-to-day administration, handles membership activity, heads advertising sales, oversees association marketing, plans and manages the EXPO and workshops, attends trade shows, creates budgets and performs numerous other management tasks.

Kaitlin Friedmann, Communications Manager

Kaitlin is responsible for managing media relations; writing press releases, articles and promotional copy; researching industry trends and events. She also writes association marketing materials, plans conference and seminar programs, solicits and organizes speakers for ICMA events, and negotiates cross-marketing efforts with other organizations. Kaitlin is also editor of ICMA's Card Manufacturing magazine, including interaction with authors, sourcing articles and writing/editing various information for each issue.

Diane Webster, Creative Director

Diane provides creative direction for ICMA. She is responsible for the Card Manufacturing magazine design and layout, as well as all ICMA marketing materials (e.g. logos, letterhead, brochures, awards, membership plaques, premiums, etc.) that establish the distinctive image of the association.


Elizabeth Roe, Association Coordinator

Elizabeth is responsible for ICMA's member services and works closely with Lynn McCullough, the Association Manager. Elizabeth leads member relations activities, including the implementation of new member services and handling EXPO and Workshop registrations. She also manages the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with ICMA.

Al Vrancart, Industry Advisor/Founder

Al helps to provide industry guidance and expertise for the association, as he has many years of experience in the card industry. Al was one of the co-founders of the association, and has contributed to is growth and development over the years.
